Following the requirements of Paragraph 10 of Article 35 of the Law on Aviation of the Republic of Lithuania and ICAO Document 8168 (PANS-OPS – Aircraft Operation) and in order to guarantee safe conditions for the flights of unmanned aircraft within the aerodromes control zone of the Republic of Lithuania, the maximum allowable height for the flights of unmanned aircraft within the aerodromes control zone are established:
Appendix 1. Sectors established for flights of unmanned aircraft within Kaunas aerodrome control zone.
Appendix 2. Data of sectors established within Kaunas aerodrome control zone.
Appendix 3. Sectors established for flights of unmanned aircraft within Palanga aerodrome control zone.
Appendix 4. Data of sectors established within Palanga aerodrome control zone.
Appendix 5. Sectors established for flights of unmanned aircraft within Šiauliai aerodrome control zone.
Appendix 6. Data of sectors established within Šiauliai aerodrome control zone.
Appendix 7. Sectors established for flights of unmanned aircraft within Vilnius aerodrome control zone.
Appendix 8. Data of sectors established within Vilnius aerodrome control zone.
The flights of unmanned aircraft up to maximum allowable height shall be executed in accordance with the requirements of Commission implementing regulation (EU) 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft.
